1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "you", "your") and w2win ("w2win", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at w2win.net. By registering an account, accessing any part of the w2win platform, placing any bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by w2win, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with w2win's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete terms governing your use of the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the w2win platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Account

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with w2win, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your membership:

• You are 21 years of age or older. w2win strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, and you are not registered as a professional gambler in any jurisdiction that prohibits such persons from accessing online gambling services.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when placing wagers.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of w2win or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or gaming partners.
• You have not been self-excluded from the w2win platform or from any other licensed gambling operator under a self-exclusion scheme that covers w2win.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with w2win. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different identity credentials — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. w2win is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify w2win immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. w2win will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.

Account registration and use is subject to Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures. w2win may request certified copies of identity documents (e.g. Malaysian IC / MyKad), proof of address, and payment method verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the w2win platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). w2win accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and FPX online banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at w2win's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. w2win does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which w2win bears no responsibility.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be returned. w2win reserves the right to perform source-of-funds checks and to request supporting documentation where deposits appear inconsistent with your declared income or usual activity profile.

Funds deposited into your w2win wallet are held in a designated account separate from w2win's operational funds, consistent with player fund protection standards under international gaming authority requirements.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your w2win account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account of the same name.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are ordinarily processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet payouts and within the same business day for bank transfers, subject to third-party processing times beyond w2win's control.
• w2win reserves the right to conduct enhanced security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusual in size, frequency, or destination, which may result in processing delays of up to 5 business days.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements are satisfied in full.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

w2win offers promotions and bonuses to eligible members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings. These specific promotion terms supplement and, in the event of conflict, prevail over this general Agreement with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• w2win reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinated betting to extract guaranteed value, or structured wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, withholding of associated winnings, and potential account closure.
• w2win may limit the participation of any member in any promotion at its absolute discretion.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on w2win are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — Sportsbook, Casino, Slots, and Fisher Game. These product rules are accessible within each respective section of the platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

In general:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be amended or cancelled by the member, except where w2win expressly offers a cash-out or void option.
• w2win reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to human error, software malfunction, or data feed errors, and to return the staked amount to the member's account balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all products. These limits may vary by event, market, game, member tier, and time of day. w2win may reduce limits for any individual member at its discretion without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the w2win server log and system records shall be the definitive record of the outcome.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w2win platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by w2win.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or any systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or odds.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the w2win platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and data — is the intellectual property of w2win or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the w2win platform without express prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w2win's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

w2win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether w2win has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

w2win does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary service unavailability. w2win will not compensate members for losses directly caused by platform unavailability, except where such unavailability results in a materially disadvantaged open bet position, as assessed by w2win at its sole discretion.

11. Responsible Gaming

w2win is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following self-management tools to all registered members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss amounts across all products.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration with an automatic logout reminder.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the w2win platform for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, w2win will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

12. Termination & Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting w2win support. Upon closure request, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course and the resulting balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus liabilities) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

w2win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• A breach of this Agreement is suspected or confirmed;
• We have reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes;
• Regulatory requirements or a court order require us to do so;
• The account has been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months.

In cases of account closure due to a material breach by the member, w2win may withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which w2win holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact w2win's customer support team to seek informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved informally within 14 days, you may escalate the complaint through w2win's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available on request from the support team. w2win will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a final decision within 28 days of the complaint being fully documented.

14. Amendments to this Agreement

w2win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to members via email to the address registered on your account and/or via a prominent notice on the w2win platform no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

The current version of this Agreement, with the effective date noted at the top of this page, shall supersede all prior versions. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
